Frames (non-prescription)

If you’ve ordered frames without prescription lenses and they’re not quite right, you can return them within 14 days in their original condition.

Prescription glasses

As each pair is made to your individual prescription, we’re unable to offer standard returns. However, if there’s any issue with your glasses, we’ll always work with you to find the right solution.

Our approach

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll take the time to understand the issue and remake your lenses where appropriate.
