Before anything is ordered, a qualified optician checks your prescription, frame and lens choices together.   If something doesn’t look right we’ll contact you, explain the options clearly and let you make an informed decision about what happens next —so you don’t have to worry about getting every detail right on your own.

You’ll also have 14 days to return your order, and if something doesn’t feel right when your glasses arrive, we’re here to help you solve any problems.
