By ordering prescription lenses from LuxNorth, you confirm that:

  • Your prescription is no more than 2 years old unless advised otherwise by your optician.
  • You understand that prescription lenses are custom-made products.

  • Refuse or cancel prescription orders where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for the selected frame.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription and pupillary distance (PD) information where required.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order with LuxNorth constitutes an offer to purchase goods.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been authorised and we have issued an order confirmation.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
