At LuxNorth, we aim to make ordering glasses online as straightforward and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find information about processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping updates.
Order Processing
Orders are placed into production once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.
For prescription orders, our opticians may review your prescription details before production begins. If we require any additional information, we’ll contact you by email before proceeding.
Prescription Lens Orders
Because prescription lenses are custom-made, production times can vary depending on the complexity of your order.
Most prescription glasses orders are completed within 7–14 working days, however some orders may take longer due to:
- specialist lens requirements
- complex prescriptions
- supplier delays
- lab quality control rejections or remakes
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible whilst ensuring your glasses meet our quality standards.
Ready-to-Wear & Frame Only Orders
Frame-only and non-prescription orders are typically processed more quickly and are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Dispatch & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been received, checked by our opticians, and prepared for dispatch, it will normally be shipped within 1 business day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier services
- severe weather
- customs processing
- postal disruption
- events outside of our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Please note that courier investigations can take several working days before a parcel is officially considered lost.
