The easiest place to start is with a pair of glasses you already own that fits comfortably.

Look for three numbers printed inside the arm — for example 49 □ 20 – 140. These tell you the lens width, bridge width and side length. 

Compare them with the measurements shown for this frame to get a feel for how the size will compare.

Think of these numbers as a guide rather than a rule. The overall shape and design of a frame makes a difference too — a round frame with a smaller lens measurement can actually be wider overall than a squarer frame with a larger one.

Prescription glasses take a little longer because your lenses are made especially for you. These are usually delivered within 10–21 business days, depending on your prescription and lens choices.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.

We want you to feel confident buying your glasses online — and that doesn't stop when your order arrives.

Frames without prescription lenses

Changed your mind? No problem.

Frames bought without prescription lenses can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Prescription glasses

Your prescription lenses are made especially for you, so they can't be returned simply because you've changed your mind.

But if something isn't right with your vision, you're not stuck with glasses you can't wear.

Our opticians will take the time to understand what's happening, check your prescription and measurements and work out what needs to change.

If new lenses are needed, we'll make you a new set of lenses to the same value, free of charge. If an upgrade or additional lens option is recommended, you'll only pay the difference.
